The E-library will serve as a repository of all cholera-related information and knowledge on prevention, preparedness and response. Additionally, it will help to ensure that relevant knowledge on cholera is freely and readily accessible by policymakers, researchers, university students and health care professionals whenever they need it to make critical decisions to save lives.
